My Story:

Anxiety has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember—it's ingrained in me. Growing up in a chaotic environment intensified my anxiety from moderate to severe. While I found various ways to mask the pain, it wasn’t until I became a parent that I truly realized how overwhelming my anxiety had become. It was affecting not just my family, but my own quality of life. That’s when I decided to make a change.

Through my experiences with anxiety and my work as a Registered Nurse caring for patients with cardiac issues, I’ve learned how profoundly anxiety can impact not just the mind and spirit, but the body as well. Managing anxiety can significantly enhance overall well-being and improve quality of life. I’ve explored numerous approaches, and while medication helped to some extent, it felt like I was merely existing rather than truly living. This led me to develop a holistic approach to managing anxiety.

My goal has always been to help others, and I hope that as a community, we can support each other in overcoming the negative effects of anxiety and embrace a life of peaceful anxiety.
